As ARM METAL company, we establish liquid hand soap production facilities in the desired capacities in small, medium and large scales in line with the demands of our customers and the relevant specifications. The facilities to be built are not standard. They are special facilities designed according to the wishes of our customers.

Our liquid hand soap production facilities designed by our company are basically; It consists of water treatment system, mixer, stock tank, filling machine, cap feeding and sealing machine, labeling machine, date writing machine and bottle collecting tray.

Many products such as dish soap, softener, glass and surface cleaner, shampoo can be produced from the liquid hand soap production facility.

In addition, you can make prescriptions and archive the applied prescriptions thanks to the central control and data collection (SCADA) system. In this way, you can get reports of daily or historical productions.

In line with customer demand, our company offers you the opportunity to develop better recipes for your products by adding laboratory type mixers and laboratory type weighing instruments for your facility.

If our customers need, they can obtain the know-how of the products they want from AR-METAL's expert consultants within the project.

If the country where the facility will be built has cold or barren climates, barrel heating furnace and barrel pumps can be added by our company to increase the fluidity of the raw material.

Since it is difficult to manually clean long pipe lines, large volume mixers and tanks, automatic washing is provided by CIP washing systems. Optionally, CIP washing systems can be added to your facilities by our company.
