LIQUID MIXERS

As ARM METAL, we manufacture jelly and briantine production mixers in the desired capacity in line with the demands of our customers and the relevant specifications.

It is a multi-purpose mixer designed for various mixing processes of pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetic and similar industries. Dimensions and/or strengths may vary depending on the characteristics of the product to be mixed. The mixer has a heating and cooling jacket, and optionally, heating can be done to the resistances with hot oil or hot steam.

The number of mixers of this machine, which has a minimum of 2 mixers, can be increased to 4 depending on the product to be mixed. With the special bedding system, the top cover is separated from the tank with the upper head lifting mechanism, and it is possible to easily take the mixed product by rotating the boiler part 100 degrees.

In addition, thanks to this system, the cleaning of the machine has been simplified. Optionally, the top cover can be tightened with special clips that can be easily mounted, making pressure applicable.

In systems with tilting boilers, the maximum boiler volume is 600 liters. Optionally, mechanical seals can be added to the system and a vacuuming unit can be connected. Optionally, in-tank sealing can be provided with a special maintenance-free mechanical seal on the mixer shafts.

Homogenizer can be added in different types and cycles according to the type of product to be produced from the bottom of the tank.

Process control with PLC control and touch screen can be made optionally. (vacuum, cycle, pressure, temperature controls)
